Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Ops Lead who will leverage
revenue cycle expertise to improve process outcomes and deliver
customer-ready analyses.
Key Responsibilities
Build and participate in the operational rhythm of the business,
ensuring effective communication and incident management
Partner with teams and stakeholders to simplify processes and align
procedures with changing business models
Deliver analysis on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure
transparency and track performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration,
healthcare administration, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in medical group revenue cycle
Experience in shared services and/or operations
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, or Snowflake
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to
influence others positively
