Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to manage
regulatory compliance for Federal and State programs.
Key Responsibilities
Research, analyze, and interpret regulations, recommending
enhancements to processes and policies
Respond to compliance information requests from clients, regulatory
agencies, and internal stakeholders
Develop and document company-wide compliance policies and update
provider communications related to regulatory issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
or a related field; or equivalent experience
2+ years of knowledge in regulatory compliance policies within a
managed care environment
Experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to exercise
discretion and independent judgment
Clean credit history as reported by credit report (for Finance
division only)
