Job Description:
Director of SalesNashville, TN (Hybrid - 3 days in office)Lead
and grow new license sales for individual licensees. Develop and
implement innovative sales strategies, shorten sales cycles, and
maximize license value. Manage the Inside General Licensing Sales
team, implement sales technology, and collaborate with leadership
on sales strategies, lead generation, and business
development.Responsibilities:
- Manage the Inside General Licensing Sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and leverage sales
technology.
- Collaborate on sales strategies, lead generation, and
performance analysis.
- Develop long-term business strategies.
- Collaborate on new license development and pricing.
- Build and maintain inter-team communication.
- Supervise, hire, train, and manage team
performance.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, scaling
small to mid-sized sales organizations in a B2B environment,
including the hospitality industry.
- Understanding of copyright law.
- Proven sales leader with CRM experience.
- Innovative thinker with a track record of improving sales
performance.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for business
