Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Associate II to
support the Account Management team by providing operational and
customer support to key clients.
Key Responsibilities
Review and format auctions for accuracy and quality, creating them
on behalf of clients as needed
Resolve incomplete or conflicting auction information by
communicating effectively with clients
Manage the post-sales experience by collaborating with internal
departments to ensure successful transactions
Required Qualifications
Associates degree
2+ years of experience supporting a sales team
2+ years of client-facing sales or logistics experience
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications,
especially Excel
Ability to work in time-sensitive situations with a focus on
customer satisfaction
