We are looking for a results-driven, rising star to join our fast-moving growing team. The ideal candidate thrives on people, relationships, and helping others in need of legal services.--We are a small business with a huge impact on our communities, helping our neighbors with criminal defense, DUI, and traffic matters.



When our prospective clients call us for help, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period. Our team provides our potential clients with the ultimate experience. It requires the right combination of communication skills, empathy, and the ability to ask and clarify the situation.



Base salary plus 5 to 10 percent commission. Commission will meet or exceed the base salary at current business levels.--Amazing opportunity to start at the ground floor of the intake department. We are Nashville's highest-rated and fastest-growing dedicated criminal defense law firm. This is an inbound sales position, there is no outbound or cold calling. No lead generation, just conversion.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
--- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a legal setting.
--- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
--- Proficiency in using CRM software and other office tools.
--- Criminal Defense experience a plus
--- Inbound sales experience is a plus
--- Experience in Intake for other law firms
