pThestrongECT Dispatcher/strongis responsible for assisting Operations to support drivers of our fast-paced organization efficiently and effectively./p

pstrong*** We are looking for individuals who are available to work a flexible night shift workweek, including some weekend coverage. ***/strong/p

pstrongNight Schedule: /strong7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m., 4 Nights-on - 4 Nights-off (Nights Vary)br /
strongWeekend Schedule:/strong7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Saturday - Sunday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Mondaybr /

liCommunicates in a clear and consistent mannerandwith high integrityboth internally andexternally./li
liManages drivers during extended coverageshifts./li
liAccuratedata enters company computer systems./li
liEscalatesand/ or resolvesproblems per guidelines./li
liWorks with team members to solve problems./li
liProvide clear work instructions to drivers./li
liDemonstrates high resource utilization./li
liAbility to successfully handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment./li

liHigh School Diploma or equivalent (Required)./li
liStrong customer service skills/li
liProficient communicator in English (Required)./li
liBilingual - Proficient communicator in English and Spanish (Preferred)/li
liBasicknowledge ofmotor carrier operations and geography/li
liProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software./li
