Job Summary: Utility Worker responsible for processing propane cylinders in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Description

The Utility Worker primarily works in the outside production area of the AmeriGas Cylinder Exchange facility. Key responsibilities include:

• 
  
• Sorting, inspecting, cleaning, painting, labeling, and refilling empty cylinders
  
• Maintaining a safety focus at all times and wearing proper PPE
  
• Ensuring consistent quality of processed cylinders
  
• Loading filled cylinders onto trucks for shipment
  
• Performing general housekeeping duties
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 1-2 years of work experience in manufacturing preferred
    
  • High School Diploma or GED
    
  • Ability to follow processes, procedures, and instructions
    
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and computer knowledge
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for 8-10 hours per day
    
  • Ability to obtain required state licensing and forklift certification
