*Job Summary*We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role requires a strong background in various medical practices, including emergency medicine and memory care, as well as proficiency in medical imaging and laboratory procedures.*Responsibilities** Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate health status and identify needs.* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.* Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.* Perform phlebotomy and other laboratory procedures as required.* Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.* Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding their conditions and wellness strategies.* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients, particularly in medical-surgical settings.* Respond to emergency situations with appropriate interventions.* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.*Qualifications** Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant discipline.* Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice.* Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Acute Care (CPNP-AC) or training with pediatric patients.* Strong knowledge of medical-surgical practices, emergency medicine, and memory care protocols.* Proficiency in medication administration and patient assessment techniques.* Experience with medical imaging systems is preferred.* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Join our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients.
