We're seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with all aspects of the AP operations for multiple entities. This person must have solid accounting, communication, and organizational skills. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform all aspects of the AP Process such asManaging accounts payable using accounting softwareHandling accounts payable for separate entities and vendorsCompleting approval processEnsuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental proceduresProcessing due invoices for paymentsComparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other chargesPerforming accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling accountsResponding to all vendor enquiriesMaintaining and ensure accuracy of all filesFile and pay monthly sales taxMaintaining companies' internal payment processAssist team with administrative project tasksMaintaining reconciled job costing booksPerform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2-years' experience with APExperience with Yardi and QuickBooksExperience in Commercial Real estate and Real Estate Development is a plusStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDeadline and detail-orientedMust be accustomed to a fast-paced environment Must work as a team player DZL is committed to equal opportunity in the workplace.
