Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Solutions Specialist
responsible for managing student account payment plans and
collections processes.
Key Responsibilities
Communicates with students regarding tuition balances and assists
with payment plans
Troubleshoots payment or account issues and manages communication
about tuition payments
Ensures compliance with regulations and supports student retention
and satisfaction goals
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree
1 year of accounting, customer service, collections, or general
office experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Prior billing or accounts receivable experience preferred
Experience with Banner system and federal financial aid regulations
preferred
