Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to
support the onboarding process for new customers.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and resolve tasks related to new customer onboardings
Send contracting or termination documents to customers and offboard
as needed
Perform data entry and manage shared inbox for customer
reporting
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Typically, 0-2 years of relevant experience; degree or equivalent
may be considered
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
implementations
High degree of self-motivation and ability to work
independently
Positive and professional demeanor in all interactions
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of
Smartsheet, Tableau, SQL, or MS Access is a plus
