Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Accounts Receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor staff performance and conduct quality audits on account
activities
Collaborate with leadership to develop training plans for team
improvement
Provide assistance to internal business partners and prepare
necessary reports
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in healthcare insurance billing and
denials
High School Diploma or GED
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in insurance reimbursement
practices
Ability to develop and manage relationships with colleagues
Proven knowledge of governmental and regulatory provisions related
to billing
