We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in performance tuning, scalability, and enterprise-level Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will optimize Salesforce applications for high performance, large data volumes, and seamless scalability, ensuring smooth execution across complex implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Performance Optimization:
--- Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for faster execution.
--- Implement Governor Limits best practices to enhance system efficiency.
--- Optimize Apex triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
--- Utilize Platform Cache, Indexed Fields, and Query Plans for faster data retrieval.
Scalability & High-Performance Architecture:
--- Design scalable Salesforce solutions for large datasets and high-traffic environments.
--- Implement Big Objects & External Data Storage strategies.
--- Leverage Salesforce Hyperforce & Multi-cloud deployment for global scalability.
--- Implement event-driven architecture using Platform Events & Streaming API.
Advanced Apex & Lightning Development:
--- Develop optimized Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
--- Implement Trigger Frameworks to control execution order efficiently.
--- Build and optimize REST/SOAP APIs & integrations with external systems.
Data Management & Load Balancing:
--- Implement Data Archiving & Retention Policies for better system performance.
--- Use Salesforce Connect, Mulesoft, or External Services for integrating large datasets.
--- Optimize API Rate Limits & Bulk API Processing for high-performance integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
Expertise in Salesforce Performance Tuning & Scalability Strategies.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce Data Model Optimization & Governor Limits Handling.
Familiarity with Hyperforce, Big Objects, Platform Events, and Salesforce Connect.
Strong experience in REST/SOAP API Integrations, Bulk API, and Event-driven Architecture.
Ability to troubleshoot & optimize performance bottlenecks in Salesforce environments.
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.
