Job Description:
A company is looking for an A/P and Payroll Senior
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the accurate processing of invoices and payroll, ensuring
compliance with policies and regulations
Execute end-to-end payroll processes and prepare year-end vendor
reports for 1099 processing
Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide
training to new hires in the Finance department
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent
experience
5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Payroll in a similar
environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and expense reporting software
Experience with remote/virtual office tools and digital
software
