We're Looking For:The Human Resources Coordinator actively
participates in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee
database management, and serve as an employee liaison. This
position is responsible for answering TM inquiries, assisting in
event coordination and engagement strategies, filing necessary
documents (physically and online applications), assisting with
compliance and audit requirements and providing administrative
assistance for the department managers and Team Members.Who You

daily.What You Will Do:
- Serve as a point of contact for team members, facilitating
effective communication and addressing inquiries, with guidance
from HR management as needed.
- Assist HR leadership as a generalist in all functional HR
areas.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, including
research, material development, communication creation, and
handbook/guide assistance.
- Assist HR leadership in maintaining compliance to the HR Audit
guidelines.
- Post job requisitions, review resumes, conduct initial
screening interviews and schedule assessments/interviews.
- Administer onboarding process and assist in new employee
orientations.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred), skilled in navigating
recruitment processes, assessments and separations.
- Ensure positive off-boarding experience and complete the
separation process timely.
- Respond to unemployment proceeding requests and background
check platforms.
- HRIS (Workday) administration including working with the HRIS
team on help tickets and profile updates.
- Assisting in training initiatives, creating PowerPoint
presentations and Canva creations
- Providing benefits assistance and partnering with the corporate
benefits team on policies and communication.
- Monitoring tracking systems (benefits, attendance, applicants,
trainings, etc).
- Produce staffing reports and HR metrics.
- Prepare and review Month End and Benefit Reports.
- Update and maintains Human Resources forms, documents, and
other HR materials.
- Coordinate monthly benefits enrollment and ensures
compliance.
- Maintain employment records, including hiring, termination,
leaves, transfers, and promotions.
- Assist in employee relations and celebration activities (i.e.,
awards, Team Member TV, birthdays, anniversaries, promotion/new
hire announcements, contests, etc.)
- Able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate meetings,
events and projects.
- Other duties as assignedYour Experience Includes:
- 2 years of experience in an HR function or 3 years of
experience in an administrative function.
- Workday experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word
and Excel, with a typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
- MS Excel proficiency (able to create reporting, extract data,
conduct V lookup).
