function at a high growth AI company.
Key Responsibilities
Develop workflows for onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage payroll, commissions, and leave management
Enhance the employee handbook and respond to employee inquiries
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in People Ops at a high growth startup
Strong experience with Rippling implementation and workflows
Programmatic experience in developing onboarding and offboarding
processes
Ability to manage sensitive employee data accurately
Experience generating basic HRIS reports in Google Sheets
