Job Description:
A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter to join their team as
they scale across GTM and G&A teams.
Key Responsibilities
Source hard-to-reach GTM candidates using platforms like LinkedIn
Recruiter
Collaborate with Hiring Managers throughout the candidate journey
and conduct screening interviews
Track candidate pipelines and provide reports on top-of-the-funnel
metrics
Required Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in GTM and G&A
roles
Experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing passive
candidates
Strong knowledge of Boolean, x-ray searches, and additional
sourcing tools
Experience managing multiple searches and conducting initial calls
with Hiring Managers
Ideally, some experience at a high-growth startup
