Schedule: Full Time M-F
Call Schedule: 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend
Practice Detail: Rural Health Clinic and spliting call at the
hospital 1:3

time of the offer. Responsibilities Ascension Saint Thomas Three
Rivers Primary Care is seeking a Full Time Primary Care physician
to join our team in Waverly, TN. Position Highlights:
Rural Health Clinic seeing patients of all ages
Typical work schedule is M - F 7:30 - 4:30
Hospital call split 1:3 for with 2 other primary care physician in
the community (this will reduce in the future as additional
hospitalist are contracted)
Performing routine medical procedures, exams, screening /preventive
services and immunizations
Working directly with 2 APPs in the clinic that have their own
panel of patients
Prefer experience in a rural medicine practice and someone who is a
good team player
Clinic is located on the Hospital Campus with easy access About

Credential(s):--- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee
Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job
transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky
