Advanced Health Care specializes in short-term skilled nursing and we are looking for PRN Physical Therapist Assistants to join our location in Nashville. Advanced Health Care offers every patient a private suite, consistent in-house therapy team, and patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is a skilled professional that is passionate about delivering quality care to the geriatric population.

*Responsibilities*
* Perform patient care under the supervision of a license PT
* Document daily treatments
* Communicate with the interdisciplinary team and advocate for the needs of the patient
* Demonstrate a positive attitude and team approach to patient care
* Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation

*Qualifications - Required *
* Graduate of an accredited PTA program
* Valid TN license
* CPR certification
