  • Cardiac Stepdown-Cardiac Transplant / LVAD floor.
  • Seeing pre and post heart transplant, LVAD therapy, permanent device therapy, unstable arrhythmias, advanced heart failure, cardiomyopathy, Acute Coronary Syndrome, pre and post cardiac surgery and other related cardiac disorders.
    • Job Requirements
    • Current RN license in Tennessee
    • Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start for any disciplinary actions
    • BLS certification required prior to onboarding
    • ACLS certification required prior to onboarding
    • License/Certificate Verification within 30 days prior to start.
      • Unit Specific Information
      • Cardiac Stepdown Unit
      • Focus on cardiac transplant and advanced heart failure patients.
        • Additional Details
        • Must be AHA certified for BLS and ACLS.
        • Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years for Ascension Color Vision.
        • HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics completed within a year of start updated yearly.
