• Symptom Management & Palliative Care: Assist in managing pain, nausea, fatigue, and other symptoms associated with cancer and its treatment. Provide palliative care support to enhance the quality of life for patients with advanced cancer.
• Accurate Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and responses in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Emotional Support: Offer compassion and support to patients and their families during challenging times, helping them navigate the emotional and psychological aspects of cancer treatment.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in oncology nursing and treatment protocols through ongoing education and professional development.
