TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Nashville, Tennessee, 37203 Pay Information $1,843 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00-07:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: ACLS certification Description: The unit has a total of 29 beds. The night shift includes 1 charge nurse (not in staffing), 5 nurses on telemetry, and 3 on the step-down side. Patient ratios are 4:1 on telemetry and 3:1 on the step-down side. EMR system used is Meditech. Candidates with EKG training and cardiac experience are preferred. The unit frequently performs procedures such as recovering cath lab patients with stents and pacemakers, mitral clips, micra pacers, and valve replacements. Managing cardiac drips and the management of heart failure patients are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be team-oriented and prioritize customer service. Floating may occur to other cardiac units and medical-surgical areas. The dress code requires scrub colors in Galaxy blue, Ceil Blue, Black, and Red.
