• Employment Type: Travel Hospital: TriStar Centennial Medical Center Location: Address: Unit Name: 4Tower Building: Cost Center: 639 General Information Unit Specifics: · Number of Beds : 24 · Patient Ratios : 1:6 · Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Min of 1 tech each shift, US as available · Type of equipment : Bladder Scanner, computers in rooms, vein finder · Documentation system: Meditech · Scheduling requirements: 2 major & 1 minor holiday, 2 weekends in 4-week schedule period · Floating policy: will float before core staff · Patient Experience requirements: experience with adult acute care (med/surg) patients Hospital Specifics- · Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: RN with experience caring for adult acute care patients Must have : RN Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: med administration, tube feedings (NG & PEG), wound care, line care Certifications Required: BLS Dress Code : (Required uniform) · Black, gray, navy blue Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines. · Awards/Recognition: Please include anything that you would like prospective candidates to be aware of, such as, links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards.. · Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc. · This is a newly opened unit that provides care to adult patients with a focus on renal disease (CKD & ESRD).
