Medical Director / Hospitalist / Nashville, TN


Medical Director needed for Hospitalist Program in Nashville, Tennessee.

--- Must be American Medical School trained with some hospitalist directorship experience.
--- Nashville area Regional Medical Center seeks a Medical Director for an established Hospitalist program.
--- This Regional Medical center has 655+ beds.
--- They are looking for a Physician that is Board Certified in Internal Medicine with prior leadership responsibilities including a staff of over 10 hospitalist physicians.
--- The Medical director physician will need experience in committee membership (credentialing, peer review), staff development and CORE Measures.
--- This position will be 60% Clinical and 40% Administrative with a flexible schedule.
--- Medical Director's case load will be 10-12 patients daily with an Advanced Practitioner assigned.
