Job Description:

Certification Details
Personal health history and professional credentials must be documented.
Annual TB Questionnaire and 2 Step PPD or IGRA required.
Various other health and professional credentials are required for submission and/or onboarding.
- Schedule Information
- Contract length: 13 weeks
  - Additional Details
  - Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer required.
  - Exemptions are NOT accepted for certain areas due to potential contact with vulnerable patient populations.
  - Fit Test required annually for all disciplines.
  - Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination series or declination documentation required.
  - Flu vaccination required for all new travelers starting Sept 4th, 2023; updated every year.
  - Physical exam or statement of good health required before first assignment, updated annually.
  - Proof of immunity to Varicella required, or titer if no proof available.
