Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac/Telemetry Unit at Highpoint Health Sumner. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to patients with cardiovascular diseases, utilizing advanced telemetry monitoring and a comprehensive approach to cardiovascular health.Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced telemetry monitoring systems to detect and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.Requirements
  • Current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or RN Diploma.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
