In this pivotal role, you will work closely with team leaders to harmonize efforts, initiate and implement growth-focused strategies, foster a culture aligned with our company's vision, and ensure efficient, compliant, and mission-driven operations, specifically in airport concessions.Key Responsibilities:

• Store and Spa Management: Directly oversee the operations of the store and spa at the airport, ensuring its profitability, compliance, and alignment with the company's standards and goals.
• Strategic Leadership: Design and implement innovative business strategies, setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth across all operational units within the store and spa.
• Policy Formation and Culture Promotion: Craft and uphold company policies that reinforce our culture and vision, establishing ourselves as market leaders within the industry and the communities we serve.
• Performance Evaluation: Utilize strong analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data and metrics, translating them into actionable insights for sustained performance enhancement.
• Operational Excellence: Guarantee uninterrupted, aligned, and mission-consistent operations across all aspects of the company's operations, optimizing for success and regulatory adherence.
• Team Leadership and Development: Inspire, lead, and manage staff, fostering a culture of productivity and positivity while implementing strategies to boost team cohesion and motivation.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Forge and nurture meaningful relationships with partners, stakeholders, local and airport authorities, and community organizations, ensuring the company's operations are well-integrated and supported within the airport ecosystem.
• Team Building: Deploy effective team-building strategies to cultivate a motivated and unified workforce.Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a General Manager or comparable executive role; holding an active Cosmetology/Manicuring/Esthetics Licensure from the State of Tennessee is an additional advantage.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and opportunities, with a proactive approach to leveraging them.
• A strong commitment to making a positive impact on the environment and society.
• Thorough knowledge of airport policies, procedures, and operations, particularly regarding concession management.
• Demonstrated success in team building and efficient management of diverse groups.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; a Master's degree is considered a plus.Benefits:
