We are looking for a dedicated Transformation Operational Support
Manager like you to be a part of our team.
Job Summary and Qualifications
The Transformation Operational Support Manager role will oversee a
team of administrative assistants while providing strategic support
to the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong
leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the
capacity to contribute to the efficient functioning of day-to-day
office operations. This role requires someone with a strategic
mindset who can drive operational efficiencies while supporting
administrative tasks that are crucial to the organization's
success.
DT&I's mission is to bring innovative technology solutions to
the clinical, operational, and administrative frontline of HCA,
reshaping the processes of healthcare to improve outcomes for
patients, empower clinicians with insights, and drive greater
efficiency for all. In this role the VP will be responsible for
innovating our IRC processes, making them more intelligent,
impactful, and efficient. In so doing, we will help our operators
and leaders provide the best care possible, improve our financial
and operational outcomes, and help colleagues have a better
experience in their work.
Major Responsibilities:
Strategic Operations Support
- Collaborate within the transformation operations team to
support and implement strategic initiatives that drive efficiency
and organizational goals
- Assist in the development and execution of operational
processes, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as lead for departmental SharePoint site
administration.
- Serve as lead for and manage DT&I Distribution List
communication channels (including WebEx)
Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of administrative assistants to
ensure the smooth functioning of office operations
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to the
administrative team
- Monitor workloads, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are
met
Collaboration and Documentation
- Gather information, conduct research/observations, prepare
analysis, plan and coordinate logistics, and develop supporting
documents (such as presentations) under the guidance of the AVP of
Transformation Operations
- Act as a liaison between administrative staff and the
transformation operations team to align goals and initiatives
- Serve as backup to the Senior Director of Project Management
for executive meetings
- Help coordinate DT&I-level meetings such as town halls,
trainings, and DT&I-wide events
- Represent the Operations team for Space planning and onboarding
activities
What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field - Required
- Master's degree in a related field - Preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role - Required
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
