others.What You Will Do as an Associate Digital Marketing
Manager:Bulwark is seeking an Associate Digital Marketing Manager
for our B2B workwear business who will utilize best practices to
drive consumer awareness and engagement. You will provide a working
knowledge of the ins and outs of digital marketing specific to
analysis, implementation and optimization. As an Associate Digital
Marketing Manager, you must be capable of networking with key
business channels within the organization, making decisions,
driving results, and working independently with the ability to
provide solutions where applicable. The ideal candidate is
passionate about understanding our customers' experiences across
all digital channels - website, email, social media, landing pages,
referral, potential loyalty programs, and more.How You Will Make a
Difference: Monitor & Activate:oDigital Acquisition StrategySupport
focused on driving quality new-customer traffic across all paid
media digital channels while ensuring profitability and long-term
customer value. Core KPIs include traffic, engagement and
CPC.oRetention Strategy Support focused on segmenting, growing, and
retaining customers with direct accountability for email, SMS, and
support database growth. Core KPIs include email, SMS, push
notification engagement and repeat visit rates.oSEO strategysupport
focused on assisting in building authority, trust and credibility
in partnership with digital agency.oDigital Campaign Strategy
Support focused on driving increased ROI with direct accountability
for testing and optimizing campaign messaging & creativity in
partnership with creative and digital media agencies and making
modifications when necessary.oPersonalized Customer Journey
StrategySupport focused on delivering the right message to the
