Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agency Support Manager to lead
support services operations for multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Lead staff responsible for various support activities, ensuring
effective service delivery
Manage problem resolution related to support services and establish
service level agreements
Oversee project operations aimed at cost savings and efficiency
improvements
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate studies in business, management information,
mathematics, or related areas (preferred)
Eight years of experience in production, customer service, or
services operations (preferred)
Three years of experience in management and/or project management
(preferred)
Extensive knowledge in assigned production or service
operations
Familiarity with budget preparation concepts and techniques
