Join us and make a meaningful impact in a high-demand sector!About the PositionWe are looking for a Regional Project Director to oversee and manage projects in a multi-location region. This role involves leading and supporting the operational execution of disaster restoration projects, including those related to fire, water damage, mold, and other natural disasters. As the Regional Project Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, marketing, and management, to ensure projects are completed successfully, on-time, and within budget. This position also includes responsibilities in negotiating insurance claims, preparing estimates and scopes of work, and managing client and insurance relationships.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the operations team, sales, marketing, and management to oversee and manage disaster restoration projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across a multi-location region.
• Negotiate and settle insurance claims.
• Write scopes of work for various property damage events.
• Submit estimates within company-required timelines.
• Support project managers in preparing estimates for change orders on current projects.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules for assigned projects.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure successful project completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and claim representatives.
• Drive marketing strategies and activities that support business growth and retention of clients.Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in disaster restoration.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in commercial sales and estimating.
  • Proficient in Xactimate software.
  • Strong knowledge of disaster restoration processes and procedures.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships.
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that contribute to business success.Benefits
