Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Manager to join their Legal
team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide client service to internal stakeholders and manage vendor
agreements
Negotiate and draft various technology-related agreements
efficiently
Ensure compliance with company policies and manage contract
approvals
Required Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent required
5+ years of experience in negotiating and drafting contracts
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
effectively
Procurement experience is a must
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work under
pressure
