Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance credit strategies using data and advanced
analytics tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and
monitor performance
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage credit
losses within risk appetite
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering,
or Economics
10+ years of experience in managing credit risk within the consumer
lending industry
5+ years of leadership experience
Strong business acumen and extensive knowledge of credit
management
Experience with credit loss forecasting and stress testing
