Build Light Industrial projects for well-known Nashville-area client About Our Client

This company is one of middle Tennessee's most established General Contractors, serving the area for 50+ years. This an employee owned firm prides itself on its culture and employee focuses mind set.

Job Description
- Run/manage project from start to finish
- Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
- Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
- Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.

  The Successful Applicant
  - 10+ years of Commercial Construction experience
  - Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems
  - Completed industrial projects greater than $5M (please include a list of projects completed with resume)
  - Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook What's on Offer
