Job Description:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Engineer-in-Training (EIT) role is an
entry-level engineering position designed for recent graduates or
individuals working toward professional licensure. The EIT will
support various engineering and production activities related to
precast concrete products, gaining hands-on experience in design,
analysis, manufacturing, and project coordination under the
guidance of senior engineers.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This role involves a combination of office work and fieldwork, with
occasional travel to manufacturing facilities, job sites, and
client locations. The EIT will work under the supervision of
licensed engineers and may be exposed to varying site
conditions.
This position profile identifies the key responsibilities and
expectations for performance. It cannot encompass all specific job

required to follow any other job-related instructions and perform
job-related duties as may be assigned by his/her supervisor.
