Preferences:Basic Qualifications:Minimum Degree Required:Bachelor
DegreeRequired Fields of Study:AccountingMinimum Years of
Experience:4 year(s)Certification(s) Required:CPA, Member of the
Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may
qualify for this opportunityPreferred Qualifications:Preferred
Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates extensive-level knowledge and/or a
proven record of success in complex tax issues faced by
non-publicly traded companies and day to day compliance and
consulting for a variety of entities including corporations, and
pass-through entities. Demonstrates extensive-level abilities
and/or a proven record of success in identifying and addressing
client needs:Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of
client relationships and community involvement;Communicating value
propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow,
budgets, billing and collections;Preparing and/or coordinating
complex written and verbal materials;Supervising teams to create an
atmosphere of trust, seeking diverse views to encourage improvement
and innovation; and,Coaching staff including providing timely

position is: $98,300 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible
for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the
range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience,
qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. PwC
